From the onset, I was served with a willingness and friendliness that exceeded my expectations.

Pierre helped me choose romantic honeymoon destinations for my wife and me. He assisted all the way through and even dealt with certain setbacks.

The place we booked was unfortunately hit by a bad storm and Pierre arranged that we stay at another part (more expensive) of the game reserve, at no additional cost.

I appreciate his communication and the way he put himself in my shoes. Thank you, Pierre. We enjoyed our stay at each of the places chosen. It was a memorable honeymoon!

Well planned trip to Namibia

Having dealt with Pierre for several years, I had no hesitation in asking him to plan a special trip for me to revisit some places and see new places. I gave him my suggestions and he gave me his and we worked out a great itinerary for myself and family. We had a return flight cancellation and needed an extra night and car hire and Pierre and New African Safaris sorted it all out quickly, finding accommodation so close to our travel date. He gave us somewhere with a superb waterhole with birds. Not a typical waterhole. I hope he chose it because he knew we liked birds! All in all, from being met at the airport in Windhoek with lovely water bottles for our journey to keep our water chilled, to the end of our visit, everything went very smoothly, and some things were above expectation. I have already asked about a return visit in possibly 2 years time as my 70th birthday treat to myself. I am certain Pierre and his colleagues will do me proud. We made lots of memories and would definitely use New African Safaris to organise a future trip.

Pierre provided a tailored package suggesting where I could go and what I could do to meet my brief.

They organised all the internal flights, transfers, meet and greet and accommodations.

Apart from visas, I didn’t have to do anything.

Honeymoon better than even dreamed!

Having our honey moon booked and planed with New African Safaris was the best decision we could have made for our trip.

They accomplished every desire we had before departure, recommended alternatives when the option was not what we where looking for, helped us in during the trip with flight ticket issues and medical assistance.
